Yes! You’ll get real-time updates at every stage. You’ll see when you’ve applied, when your application has been viewed, when you’ve been shortlisted, when you’re invited to interview, and when you’ve received an offer or been hired. No more waiting around in the dark.
We encourage you to upload short videos from your team, share behind-the-scenes glimpses of your workplace, and include a description of your values and mission. This helps candidates connect with your organisation beyond just the job description.
Once you match, you can send them a message, invite them to an interview via the in-app calendar, and track their progress all the way through to hire.
It means you only pay if you make a successful hire through Avantisea. There are no upfront fees, no subscription costs, and no hidden charges. It’s risk-free, simple, and fair.
Our agreement covers hires made up to six months after introduction. Even if you hire later, fees still apply — ensuring fairness for everyone.
